Is ProtoHax free to use?
Yes! ProtoHax is free to download and use. We believe in providing accessible tools for everyone.
Can I use my subscription across devices?
Yes, you can activate your subscription on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Your subscription is platform agnostic, meaning it works across both Android and Windows. To prevent abuse, newly added devices are locked for removal for 72 hours.
Does ProtoHax require root or administrator privileges?
ProtoHax does not require root access on Android. However, on Windows, administrator privileges (UAC) are required to perform the injection process into the game client.
Why is my antivirus flagging ProtoHax?
This is a known false positive. ProtoHax is a game mod loader that uses code protection and process injection techniques to function — the same behaviors that antivirus software is designed to detect. Our software is protected using VMProtect to prevent tampering and reverse engineering, which can trigger heuristic-based detections even though the file is completely safe. If you still don't feel comfortable, you can always run ProtoHax inside a virtual machine to test it in an isolated environment.
